Our Process

After all legal matters (if any) are settled, and the family has gone through the home and taken anything they wish to keep, we will schedule to meet at the home to perform a complimentary walk through.  If both parties are in agreement to work together, we begin the process of cleaning out all cabinets, closets, etc.  We will price, stage, and display household items, set the dates for the sale, and handle all promotions and the completion of the sale.
