Our Story

TLC Estate Sales was established after I went through a major life transition of my own.  In looking for a new career that allowed me to utilize my marketing background and desire to serve others, I discovered estate sales and instantly fell in love.  

One of my best friends, Shauna Austin and I started TLC together in 2021.  We dove right in and learned so much with every sale.  From working with some of the most precious families to watching our customers find the perfect piece to add to their space, it's easy to enjoy what we do!

I am grateful to have found a new passion and thankful for the flexibility it gives me to still spend time with my three beloved daughters. 

Our team continues to grow and evolve.  Shauna has moved on to spend more time with her family and focus on volunteer opportunities.  Occasionally, we get lucky and she brings her joyful spirit and fabulous laugh to work a sale with us still.  

Pam Flood, or Mimi, as she is known to us and often referred to at sales, is almost always present and happy to help when she isn't doing her own shopping! She is our favorite model and keeps us entertained!
